We took a day off when my sis and her cute family were here. They showed us a fabulous place that is soooo close to our home. We had no idea. Now if any of you visit we know where to take you. Just a short half mile hike to this magical slot canyon.
Family tradition means that someone jumps off something. Since Brandon's ankle injury the jumping has become the kids responsibility. Mitch is too brave for me. Let the magic begin... can you see the people? (click on photos to see them enlarged)

Glad you guys are enjoying your new life and home. All your fun, outdoor, adventuresome posts make me want to move to St. George! We sure miss you in the Sunshine state though. BTW, love Mitch's face from the freezing river. Classic.
Yeah, we did that hike and it was completely dry. Looks different now . . . hmmmm sunshine.
Ah-yes. The red sand of Southern Utah. Thank heavens for bleach! I am happy to hear that you are slowly finding your new house to be HOME. We're so glad that you are close. Parker begs to return to St. George often...so wash those sheets...you never know when we'll show up! -Taunya

We are coming to your area for Spring Break... we will be there April 7-10th. We will be staying in Hurricane at a hotel there. We would LOVE to come see you and spend some time living the dream with you!
We have GOT to make time to come see you and your new place! and this hike. I want to reflect above that snowmelt pool, too. Wonderful pictures!!!
