Get one of those roofers to put a sign in your yard and they'll cut $500 off. . .

That's not good! I am so sorry. I hope the sign thing really works, that would be a good deal.
Yea, they are telling us the same thing. Not sure if it is totally true that the WHOLE thing needs to be replaced, but if the insurance says so, then I guess it can't be wrong? And yes, they offered us $500 off for the sign that is currently sitting in our yard while we wait for the adjustor to come out. Call me if you want our guys name...
