Spring Fling

This is the first season he has ever pitched. He struck out a good handful. He had a lot of guys hit off him. We told him that means his pitches are where they can hit, and for this age, that is pretty good, because accuracy is so tough. Thanks to the coach for having faith in him and giving him a chance.

But I am tired of wearing my ski coat and gloves to baseball games. We even took a space heater one week and plugged it in behind the backstop. Not kidding.

When is summer?
