Date in the Mountains

We had beautiful weather Saturday. The high mountains were at their peak for fall color viewing. So Brandon and I hopped on the motorcycle, joined our group of 8 other bikers and took off for the day. We rode the Peak to Peak route from Golden Gate Canyon thru the mountains over to Estes Park. It was a beautiful ride with so much color.

Our first break at the top of the canyon

These guys can't even pull off into the dirt without lining up their bikes perfectly. They ride the same way they park. They all lean together in and out of curves. They all love those curvy mountain roads. I just hold on and enjoy the view.
Brandon and I have microphones and speakers in our helmets

so we can listen to the Ipod or chat back and forth.

Our mountains
Beautiful Day

That looks like such a fun day! The autumn trees are so breathtaking!!

btw I think you're hard core for riding a motorcylce on those "curvy mountain roads"... even if I had a hubby to hold on to I don't know if I'd be gutsy enough to do it.
