I will second DB's comment. I am not sure why this year has been the one to miss your family, but I find myself laughing when I imagine Brandon's comment to a situation. I miss you smooching my son. I hope Thanksgiving was enjoyable...

I think my favorites on that list are soap, colored pencils, and stoplights! Your kids are very perceptive!
